In-Game Nickname : nito Suggestion :   My suggestion is to implement a admin training. Basically every admin that gets accepted starts with a 1 week trail so show what he can do. Any mistakes that get done during that period of time will only be punished by a warning since they are new admins and need to learn a bit and after the week is done, server managers gets in contact with the said admin and basically presents him with things that can happen in game and the admin needs to say what they would do in that kind of situation. To add to that I also think that admins must be able to communicate good english. any other language is a plus. In what ways can your suggestion help us improve ? :  It will help our team to get better qualified admins and that will help our server improve by players following the rules and also showing presence from our side as well that we got good admins that know what they`re doing.
