Hi there as the rules were changed from now its has been a while u cant just "skip" one grade to get that what you want or what you would like to be anyway here are the rules or the conditions that you've to fulfill about grade hours (click here), Pro for Semi-Elder .

after upgrade updated u can't request for +2 grade !  so i say :  PRO for semi_elder !  Good luck
